COD Warzone Mobile: Release date revealed on iOS pre-registration

The start of pre-registration for Call of Duty Warzone Mobile on the App Store has revealed the possible release date: May 15, 2023 .

Pre-registration also brought new, and unpleasant, information about minimum requirements to play the game.

Why is the expected release date of COD Warzone Mobile on iOS important?

As with many other releases, producers need to pre-register for the App Store with an expected release date. This is due to the fact that Apple makes some more demands than Google Play, so as not to “crowd up” its app store (such as avoiding slowdowns in the store).

However, it is worth remembering that this release date is a “forecast” given by the Activision studio itself. In other words, it doesn’t mean the exact release date, but that the game should be released on a date close to the informed one.

COD Warzone Mobile is going to be a heavy game, very heavy!

As well as the release date that needs to be informed in the App Store, the store also requires that the producers inform the iphones compatible with the game. In this way, Activision has just officially announced which ones will be compatible with the final version of Warzone Mobile.

Anyone who expected Warzone Mobile to run on their iPhone 8 Plus or iPhone X will be in for a big disappointment. On iOS, the game will only be compatible with A12 Bionic chipset or higher.
