Let’s take a look at everything you need to know about all the races in Blox Fruits, how to unlock Cyborg and Ghoul races, and much more.

What are the races in Blox Fruits?

The races in Blox Fruits are a central game mechanic that determines which abilities and advantages your character has. When you first enter the game, you are placed in one of the four basic classes: Human, Shark, Angel, or Rabbit.

You can change your race later to switch your advantages and variations, with some fitting better into certain gameplay styles than others. For example, if you want an agile character who can move quickly around the map, then Rabbit is a great choice. If you’re looking for something more durable, Shark or Cyborg classes are ideal for you.

How to change race in Blox Fruits?

You can change your race in a few different ways.

  1. Buy a race change for 90 Robux in the product store
  2. Give 3,000 fragments to Tort, who will change your race. The result is random, but you will have a different race than the current one.
  3. Use Blox Fruits codes from our list to get free race changes when they appear

During events, you can use special event coins to buy race changes from special characters in the game.

Remember that you cannot obtain Cyborg or Ghoul races using the above methods. Instead, you need to unlock them by following the special steps we mentioned later in this guide. However, if you have already unlocked Cyborg or Ghoul races, you can switch back to them by talking to the specific characters in the game.

All races in Blox Fruits

Here is a list of all the races in Blox Fruits for kids.

Blox Fruits Human

Human is a Blox Fruits race that focuses on dealing damage. Being the most common race for new players, Human does not give any improvements at the beginning. But when evolved, it gains special powers. As a Human, you can use the Last Resort ability, which increases your damage when you have low health.

Humans deal a lot of damage with Last Resort but become vulnerable as they lose health to deal more damage.

Blox Fruits Rabbit

Rabbit is a popular Blox Fruits race that focuses on speed. It increases your speed and thrust and allows you to use a skill called Agility, which makes you even faster. The Rabbit race is great in fights against other players because you can escape combinations and reach enemies easily. However, it is weak in dealing damage.

Blox Fruits Rabbit

Rabbit is a popular Blox Fruits race that focuses on speed. It increases your speed and momentum and allows you to use a skill called Agility, which makes you even faster. The Rabbit race is great in fights against other players, as you can escape combinations and reach enemies easily. However, it only gives speed improvements, so its damage is not as strong as other classes.

Blox Fruits Angel

Angel is a Blox Fruits race that focuses on staying in the air and healing. Its life and energy regeneration is great for surviving fights against other players and bosses, especially in V3. Staying in the air is good against fruits that can be used multiple times, such as Magma and Dragon. However, jumping doesn’t help much to dodge, making its mobility less useful than Rabbit’s in most situations.

Blox Fruits Shark

Shark is a Blox Fruits race that focuses on swimming and defense. In V2 or higher, Sharks have immunity to water, and in V1, their water resistance is still very high. The V3 ability is great for resisting enemy attacks and combinations, and its overall damage reduction makes the character very resistant.

Blox Fruits Cyborg

Cyborg is a Blox Fruits race that focuses on energy regeneration and instinct break. As a Cyborg, your character can unlock an ability called Energy Core, which reduces damage, eliminates instinct, and deals damage to anyone nearby. Cyborgs also have great defense, especially with the valuable Energy Core ability.

They are excellent against team players, good for canceling enemy combinations, and virtually have no energy problems when they get their V2 passive ability. However, they have no movement improvements, which makes them slow without accessories that increase speed. They are also difficult (and expensive) to unlock.

Blox Fruits Ghoul

Ghoul is a Blox Fruits race that focuses on stealing life. It also has abilities in various other areas but doesn’t stand out as much as other races – making it a versatile race, that does a little bit of everything. With its mix of abilities, it has decent defense, extra damage, and increased speed at night. This makes it a great choice if you can’t decide which race to use.

Unfortunately, its speed increase doesn’t work during the day, and its life steal only affects fighting styles, not swords or fruits. It is also a difficult and time-consuming race to get, although not as much as Cyborg.

How do I unlock the Cyborg race in Blox Fruits?

To unlock the Cyborg race in Blox Fruits, you need to complete the Cyborg puzzle by following these steps:

  1. First, you need to obtain a Dark Fist by defeating a sea beast or finding one in a treasure chest.
  2. Click the button to start an order attack and put the Dark Fist in the machine.
  3. Purchase a Microchip from the Arithmetic NPC to start an order attack.
  4. Continue completing normal order attacks until you obtain a Central Brain (2.5% chance to drop). Remember that you can only get a Central Brain if you put the Dark Fist first.
  5. Click the button to start an order attack with the Central Brain in your inventory.
  6. When the secret ladder opens, climb it and buy the Cyborg race for 2.5k fragments from the secret NPC.

After that, the secret ladder remains as a permanent feature. So, if you change your race and want to go back to Cyborg, you can do so for another 2.5k fragments without having to solve the puzzle again.

To unlock the Ghoul race

you need to fulfill the following requirements:

  1. Be level 1,000 or higher.
  2. Have 100 ectoplasms, a material that drops randomly from the Cursed Captain and NPCs on the Cursed Ship.
  3. Have an Inferno Torch. The Cursed Captain has a 1-2% chance of dropping this item when defeated.

After that, you can talk to the Experimic on the Cursed Ship and give him the 100 ectoplasms and the Inferno Torch in exchange for the Ghoul class. If you change your race and want to go back to Ghoul, just go back and talk to the Experimic again, and he will change you back for free.

That’s all we have in our Blox Fruits race guide for now. Which one is your favorite? We’d love to hear your opinion on Facebook or Twitter. Or, if you’re looking for a new experience to explore, check out our list of the best Roblox games.
