Nexon has officially released Mabinogi Mobile (only in South Korea for now), an updated and revamped version of its acclaimed fantasy MMORPG. Inspired by the universe of “Mabinogi,” the game invites players to embark on a new journey in the world of Erinn, now featuring an original storyline, deeper social life systems, and visuals optimized for modern mobile devices.
On paper and in screenshots, it looks like Genshin Impact, but in reality, the title is an MMORPG with the usual features we already know: auto-quests and auto-combat.
While maintaining the essence of the original title, Mabinogi Mobile reorganizes the lore of the universe and presents an exclusive narrative for this version. The story begins with a call from a mysterious goddess, marking the start of the player’s adventure in a world full of magic, battles, and emotional connections.
The game features an accessible (and automated) progression system that allows for quick level-ups through special cards. On the battlefield, strategy comes from combining skills and runes, which can be customized according to the player’s style.
Gameplay:
Beyond combat, Mabinogi Mobile places strong emphasis on lifestyle features. You can fish, cook, gather resources, and even play musical instruments around a campfire with friends. The game also encourages player interaction through various social activities, including dancing and romantic options.
In Erinn, each player is free to build their own identity. There are many fashion choices, cosmetic items, and even dye systems to create unique looks. Class changes are flexible, allowing exploration of different playstyles with characters of distinct personalities.
Mabinogi Mobile is available for download on Android and iOS devices in South Korea. So, what do you think? Will we see this game in Brazil?
